To learn how we are shaping the truck parking industry.

In a move to transform the truck parking industry, Anthony Petitte and Joshua are set to spearhead the efforts for FinPark, a subsidiary of Finloc 2000, a pioneering $400M financial services firm specializing in freight transportation equipment. With a legacy spanning 45 years, Finloc 2000 has been at the forefront of supporting the growth of multiple transportation companies, embodying a steadfast commitment to excellence and innovation.

With Anthony Petitte assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer and Joshua Walls as the Chief Strategy Officer, FinPark is gearing up to truly provide smart, efficient solutions to truck parking operations across the United States and Canada. This isn’t a comeback; they never left. They simply wanted to give more to the industry they love.

Anthony Petitte brings a wealth of experience and expertise to FinPark, having previously founded and led TruckPark, a company he successfully built and exited. During his tenure in truck parking, first as an operator in 2015, helping his late uncle to manage his parking lot to later founding TruckPark (2016 to 2021), Anthony navigated the complexities of the transportation industry, establishing himself as a visionary leader in growth marketing, sales, and business development. His strategic acumen and unwavering commitment to excellence culminated in the creation and launch of FinPark, a second-generation seamless experience for truck drivers nationwide.

Echoing Anthony’s sentiments, Joshua’s addition to the FinPark team marks a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. As previous co-founder and COO at TruckPark, alongside Anthony, he is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership experience. He’s an accomplished leader whose prowess involves designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures, managing and developing leaders, while executing strategic initiatives that drives revenue growth and profitability. Joshua’s background in operations and business development positions him as a driving force behind FinPark’s strategic initiatives. His tenure at esteemed companies like Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, and Brightstar Care underscores his dedication to fostering innovation and driving sustainable growth.

Together, Anthony and Joshua represent a formidable partnership, reuniting in their mission to redefine truck parking once again. Their collaborative efforts will not only propel FinPark to new heights but also reaffirm its commitment to creating value for truck drivers and industry stakeholders alike. Their vision for FinPark embodies a bold new era of possibilities, one where competition gives way to collaboration and partnerships pave the way for progress.
In the words of Anthony Petitte, “This market is large enough for everyone to play in – there are no competitors – only like-minded individuals and companies looking to solve a 30-year headache”; With Anthony and Joshua at the helm, ready to lead FinPark into a new era of growth and prosperity, the truck parking experience will surely drive progress, one innovation at a time.
